Provided strategic insight and predictive analytics for personnel capabilities and multi-skilling potential. Organization structures and changes developed to optimize enterprise effectiveness at the worker-, and manager-level. Regular coaching with Senior Executives (CxO) regarding organization research projects requiring scientific inquiry, data mining, and co-mingling of disparate data sources.
